How to Make Sweet corn bell pepper potato kurma

  • Soak cashew in milk for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a pan, heat oil, pop mustard.
  • Then add onion and tomato, fry well.
  • Now add potato, red bell pepper and corn.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.
  • Add water. Bring to boil and cook till vegetables are well done.
  • Grind the cashew and milk together.
  • Add this to the contents in the pan.
  • Once the contents thicken, remove from heat.
  • Garnish with coriander.
  • Serve hot with chapatti, rice, poori, etc.
