  • 7 oz. - cream style corn
  • 14 oz. - chicken broth
  • 1 boneless - chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 - egg
  • 4 - green onions, chopped for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

How to Make Sweet Corn Chicken Soup

  • Boil the chicken breast and shred.
  • Add the egg to the chopped meat and mix well. Boil the chicken broth.
  • Add the corn to the boiled broth and bring back to boil.
  • Mix the corn flour in 2 tsp water and add to the boiling broth.
  • Add the chopped meat and egg mix. Bring to a boil.
  • Add salt, pepper and chopped scallions and serve.
