Ingredients

  • 200 g - sweet Corn (boiled)
  • 8 - bread slices
  • 1 - onion, medium, finely chopped
  • 1 - capsicum, big, finely chopped
  • 1 - tomato, medium, finely chopped
  • 50 g - fresh Cream
  • 2 tsp - Butter
  • 3 tsp - Sugar
  • 300 g - Curd
  • 1/4 tsp - jaljeera power
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper power
  • salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce (optional)

How to Make Sweet corn Dahi Sandwich

  • Heat butter in a flat-bottomed pan and add onions and fry till golden pink.
  • Add capsicum and fry till soft.
  • Add tomato and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Season with jaljeera power, pepper power, salt and mix well.
  • Add sweet corn and mix well and turn off the gas.
  • Add fresh cream and mix well. Keep aside.
  • Toast bread slices on a tawa with some butter and keep aside.
  • Beat the sugar, curd and keep aside.
  • On a serving plate, keep one toasted bread slice. Spread the corn mixture on the slice, cover it with another slice and pour the curd mixture on top of the sandwich.
  • Garnish with some boiled corns and serve hot.
