How to Make Sweet corn paratha

  • Grind the sweet corn.
  • For the stuffing:
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add the crushed corn.
  • Add all the spices and grated coconut and fry till the corn is cooked.
  • Remove it and keep aside.
  • Knead the flour into a dough, adding a pinch of salt and 1 tsp. oil.
  • Make small balls of the dough.
  • Take a ball, stuff it with the corn mixture and roll out into a round shape.
  • Cook on both sides.
