  • Sweet corn kernels - 1 cup and 1 tbsp cooked for garnishing onions chopped roughly - 1 Milk - 1/4 cup\ salt to taste pepper to taste butter - 1 tbsp

How to Make Sweet Corn Soup

  • In a pressure cooker take butter saute onions till it becomes light brown.
  • Add the sweet corn, salt and cook with 4 whistles once done sieve it to get the clear soup add milk, pepper and boil for a minute. Serve hot with a blob of butter.
