Pressure cook broken wheat with milk and little water for one whistle, till it becomes soft.
Then add sugar to the cooked broken wheat and cook on low flame for 5 mins. Add milk maid, pinch of cardamom, saffron (soaked in milk for few minutes) and dry fruits like, almonds, raisins, figs. Serve hot
