  • Raw rice - 1 Cup
  • Rice flakes - 1 tbsp
  • Methi seeds - 1 tsp
  • Jaggery - 1/2 cup
  • Coconut - 1/4 cup
  • Elachi (optional)

How to Make Sweet Dosa

  • Soak raw rice, rice flakes and methi seeds together in water for one hour.
  • Grind with coconut and jaggery.
  • Keep the tawa on the gas and prepare dosa over low heat by adding a little oil and spreading the batter out.
  • The dosa could be served with ghee or butter.
