  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 3 tsp - sugar
  • 1 pinch - turmeric
  • 1 pinch - red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Sweet Egg Bhurji

  • Take a pan and add milk in it. Let it boil.
  • Add beaten eggs into milk.
  • Stir well, then add sugar, salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
  • Stir continuously so that the mixture does not stick to the pan.
  • Wait till the eggs get thick and a little amount of milk remains.
  • The bhurji is ready to eat.
