  • 2.5 kg - raw, large mangoes
  • 1.5 kg - sugar
  • 3 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 15 - cloves
  • 3 sticks - cinnamon

How to Make Sweet Mango Chutney with cinnamon

  • Peel the mangoes and grate them. Discard the seeds.
  • Cook the mango and sugar together.
  • Add chilli powder and salt when half cooked.
  • Towards the end, add the cloves and cinnamon.
  • Let the mixture simmer for a little while and let it cool.
  • Store the chutney in a jar.
