Ingredients

  • For Stuffing:
  • 1/2 - coconut, grated
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - mava
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • For Batter:
  • 150 g - maida
  • 5 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 cup - mango pulp
  • milk

How to Make Sweet Mango Roll

  • For stuffing: Mix all ingredients and fry it light brown.
  • For Batter:
  • Mix all the ingredients to a medium consistency.
  • Place the pan on fire and grease with a little oil. Spread the batter in thin small rounds.
  • Top some coconut mixture on it and roll up. Make all the rolls in same way. Serve hot.
