How to Make Sweet Milk Pooris

  • Boil milk and add sugar, cardamom powder and keep aside.
  • Mix maida and water and make a dough. Roll the dough into small round puris.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Fry the puris in hot oil.
  • Dip the puris one by one in the hot sweet milk.
  • After 2 minutes of soaking each puri in hot milk, remove and keep aside.
  • Repeat for all the puris.
