Ingredients

  • 1 - egg
  • 1 tbsp - besan
  • 1 tsp - ghee
  • 3 tsps - sugar
  • 2 tsp - oil

How to Make Sweet Omelette

  • Break the egg in a bowl and add sugar and beat well. Once the sugar is mixed with the egg, add ghee, besan and mix well.
  • Take a pan and pour the oil once it gets hot, then pour this mixture on the pan.
  • After 3 minutes just turn on to the other side. Now it is ready to serve.
