Sweet Potato Paratha is a flavoursome flatbread made with sweet potatoes and Indian spices and can be eaten with both tomato ketchup as well as green chutney.

Firstly, you need to boil, peel and mash the sweet potatoes well. Next, you need to mix the following ingredients together – 2 cups of wheat flour, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, red chilli powder, chopped coriander, salt, and oil – and knead them all into a fine dough with water. Keep the dough aside for at least half an hour.

For making the sweet potato paratha, divide the dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into parathas and cook it on a griddle until both sides turn nice and golden-brown. Serve hot and enjoy!
