  • 1 - large sweet potato, peeled and chopped
  • About 2 cups - whole Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp - Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Sweet Potato Roti:

    1. Cook the sweet potatoes in some water until soft. Grind it with a food processor until mushy.
    2. Add the rest of the ingredients and make into a soft pliable dough.
    3. Divide into small balls.
    4. Press it down with the palm of your hands and roll until it is thin and flat.
    5. Cook it with a little butter (or oil for less calories) until brown.
    6. Turn the other side and cook likewise.
    7. Serve hot.
