  • 1 kg - sweet potato
  • 1/4 cup - sugar
  • 10 - badam, slit
  • 10 - pista
  • 2 tbsp - ghee
  • some saffron
  • elaichi powder
  • nutmeg powder

How to Make Sweet Potato Sheera

  • Cut thin round slices of sweet potato
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add slices, cover and cook till soft.
  • Now with a spoon smash potato, add sugar and other ingredients
  • Cook for 5 mins.
  • Transfer immediately to a serving dish.
