Ingredients

  • For puri :
  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • For sweet syrup :
  • 1 cup - Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup - sugar/jaggery
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • How to Make Sweet Puri:

    1. To make puri: Mix the flour with milk, a pinch of salt and make a dough.
    2. Then make small balls of the dough and flatten it into small rounds.
    3. Deep-fry in oil till it puffs up.
    4. To make sweet syrup:
    5. Add coconut milk, cardamom powder, sugar/jaggery to a heated pan and stir well till it the sugar/jaggery is dissolved.
    6. Add ghee for flavour.
    7. To serve:
    8. Dip the fried puris in sweet syrup and serve.
