Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Ragi idiyappam
  • 1/2 cup - Coconut (grated fresh)
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 4 tsp - Ghee
  • 5 - Cashew nut (broken)
  • 2- Cardamom
  • How to Make Sweet Ragi Idiyappam:

    1. Add ghee to a pan and then roast cashew and cardamom.
    2. Now, add the grated coconut and fry in low heat till coconut turns little golden.
    3. Add this to the idiyappam and mix well with a spoon.
    4. Finally, add sugar and serve.
