  • 3 - cucumber, large
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - thai chile
  • For Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup - white Vinegar
  • 2 tsp- Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp- Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Sweet Sour Cucumber Salad

  • Wash, peel and slice the cucumber finely.
  • Skin and slice the onion finely as well.
  • Deseed the chilli and make fine slices.
  • Take a shallow bowl, place the cucumber slices, then place the sliced onions and sprinkle the sliced chilies on top.
  • Mix all the dressing ingredients together and pour this over the onions & cucumbers.
  • Refrigerate the salad for a few hours and then serve chilled.
