  • 500 ml - container vanilla low-fat Yoghurt
  • Peeled, sliced ripe peaches, nectarines or other fruits - 1.5 cups
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
  • Wheat germ - 1/4 cup.
  • How to Make Sweet Summer Fruit Smoothie:

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor container.
    2. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until smooth.
    3. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses.
    4. If desired, sprinkle with additional wheatgerm.
    5. For a thicker, frosty smoothie, freeze fruit overnight.
    6. Use frozen fruit.
