  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 1cup - Roasted vermicelli
  • Sugar to taste
  • 10 - Cut cashew nuts
  • 10 - Cut almonds
  • 5 - Raisins
  • few saffron threads

How to Make Sweet Vermicelli Kheer

  • Put milk in heavy-bottom pan.
  • Add roasted vermicelli. Stir it often so that it will not form a lump.
  • Keep it in on medium flame until it becomes very thick in consistency.
  • Turn off the gas, add sugar and saffron threads. Mix it very well.
  • Add cut cashewnuts, almonds and raisins.
  • Keep it in a refrigerator.
  • Serve it hot or cold depending upon your taste.
