Ingredients

  • 250 g - wheat flour
  • 100 g - roasted dry fruits (almonds, cashewnuts, nuts)
  • 10 g - mawa
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1tsp - honey
  • 20 g - powdered sugar
  • A pinch - elaichi powder
  • Ghee for cooking

How to Make Sweety paratha

  • Grind the roasted dry fruits to a powder.
  • Mix milk, honey, sugar, and elaichi powder.
  • Take the wheat flour in a bowl, add mawa and dry fruit powder and knead it into a dough using the milk mixture.
  • Make small balls and roll out each ball into round parathas.
  • Roast both the sides by applying ghee.
  • Serve with jam or honey.
