Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Mutton shank
  • 15 gms - whole Garam Masala
  • 250 gms - sliced, Onion
  • 500 gms - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 125 gms - tomato, puree
  • 1 liter - Mutton stock
  • 15 gms - Garam Masala powder
  • 15 gms - Red Chilli paste
  • 3 gms - sandalwood powder
  • 100 ml - Olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Taar Qorma:

    1. Saute sliced onion along with whole garam masala until brown in olive oil.
    2. Add ginger garlic paste and red chilli paste to the browned onion and saute.
    3. Then add mutton shank
    4. Now add mutton stock and let the mutton simmer until tender.
    5. Add tomato puree in the cooked meat and adjust the seasoning. Add sandalwood powder
    6. Garnish the dish with coriander
