Ingredients

  • 2 cups minced Meat
  • 1 packet Corn chips (dorrito chips)
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked Rajma (red kidney beans)
  • 1 capsicum, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 3 cups Lettuce torn pieces
  • For dressing-
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup salsa sauce
  • For Garnishing-
  • 1/4 cup sliced black Olives
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • How to Make Taco Salad:

    1. Marinate the meat with lemon
    2. Keep aside for 15 mins
    3. Brown the ground meat in a skillet
    4. Cool this.
    5. In a bowl mix all the ingredients of salad except lettuce
    6. Spread lettuce leaves in a dish
    7. Pour the mixture over it
    8. Pour the dressing
    9. Toss it lighlty
    10. Garnish with cheese and then spread the olive slices.
    11. Serve with sour cream.
