Ingredients

  • 2 cups minced Meat
  • 1 packet Corn chips (dorrito chips)
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked Rajma (red kidney beans)
  • 1 capsicum, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 3 cups Lettuce torn pieces
  • For dressing-
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup salsa sauce
  • For Garnishing-
  • 1/4 cup sliced black Olives
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

How to Make Taco Salad

  • Marinate the meat with lemon
  • Keep aside for 15 mins
  • Brown the ground meat in a skillet
  • Cool this.
  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients of salad except lettuce
  • Spread lettuce leaves in a dish
  • Pour the mixture over it
  • Pour the dressing
  • Toss it lighlty
  • Garnish with cheese and then spread the olive slices.
  • Serve with sour cream.
