  • Tamarind - Marble sized ball
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Salt
  • For seasoning:
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Dry red chillies - 2
  • Curry leaves

How to Make Tamarind Pachdi

  • Mash a handful of tamarind in warm water.
  • Add green chillies, salt and curds.
  • Season oil with red chillies and curry leaves. Pour over it.
  • Serve hot.
