Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 2
  • Chat Masala Powder
  • Gram Flour 1 cup
  • Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil to deep fry
  • How to Make Tamatar Ka Bhajia:

    1. First cut the tomatoes in thick slices, sprinkle chat masala and keep it aside. Then, make a thin batter of gram flour with all the other ingredients.
    2. Take a slice of tomato and dip it into the batter slowly. Put it into a pan of oil to deep fry repeat the same with the other slices of tomatoes.
    3. Enjoy eating.
