How to Make Tamatar Ki Launji

  • Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 1 - 2 minutes. Drain and remove skin.
  • Chop into small pieces.
  • In a pan, heat ghee / oil and add jeera.
  • When brown, add hing and fry a little.
  • Add curry leaves, green chillies, chopped tomatoes and all the spice powders.
  • Add 1/2 cup water, salt to taste and cook for 5 - 8 minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
