  • 250 g - baby corn
  • 100 g - curd
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - red chilli paste
  • 1/2tsp - garam masala powder
  • pinch - cumin powder
  • pinch - cardamom powder
  • Chilli powder - to taste
  • pinch - black salt
  • Salt - to taste
  • 20ml - mustard oil

How to Make Tandoori Baby Corn

  • Tie the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it till all the water drains out. Put the strained curd in a bowl.
  • Add red chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, mustard oil, black salt, salt, cumin powder, cardamom powder and chilli powder, mix well.
  • Marinate the babycorn well in this masala paste. Grill the marinate baby corn in a hot tandoor till done.
