Ingredients

  • 10 - Bread slices (cubed)
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 1 - Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 - Green chilli (slit in two)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Tandoori masala powder
  • 2 - Bay Leaves
  • 2 - Cloves
  • 2 - Cardamoms
  • 1 tbsp - Mint leaves (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Tandoori Bread Masala:

    1. Preheat the oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit.
    2. Arrange the cubed bread slices over a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until they turn crispy and golden brown.
    3. Meanwhile heat enough oil; fry the bay leaves, cloves, and cardamoms.
    4. Add the onions, tomatoes, slit opened green chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute until the onions turn translucent.
    5. Lower the flame to simmer immediately and add the cumin seed powder, garam masala powder and tandoori masala powder and saute for few minutes.
    6. Add the crispy cubed bread pieces to the mixture and cook until the bread slices are mixed well.
    7. Garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve immediately.
