  • 3 cups - Chapatti, cut into long noodle strips
  • 2 cups - Mixed vegetables
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 2 - Green chillies (slit opened)
  • 1 tsp - Tandoori masala powder
  • 1 tbsp - Ketchup
  • A few - Coriander leaves
  • A few - Spring onions (chopped)
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • How to Make Tandoori Chapatti Noodles:

    1. Heat enough oil; saute the onions and green chillies until the onions turns translucent.
    2. Add the vegetables and salt and saute till they are half cooked. (Do not overcook. The vegetables should be crunchy)
    3. Add the tandoori masala powder, ketchup, coriander leaves and cook until everything is well mixed.
    4. Now add the chapatti strips and mix well.
    5. Remove from fire, garnish with spring onions and serve.
