Ingredients

  • 3 cups - Chapatti, cut into long noodle strips
  • 2 cups - Mixed vegetables
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 2 - Green chillies (slit opened)
  • 1 tsp - Tandoori masala powder
  • 1 tbsp - Ketchup
  • A few - Coriander leaves
  • A few - Spring onions (chopped)
  • Oil
  • Salt

How to Make Tandoori Chapatti Noodles

  • Heat enough oil; saute the onions and green chillies until the onions turns translucent.
  • Add the vegetables and salt and saute till they are half cooked. (Do not overcook. The vegetables should be crunchy)
  • Add the tandoori masala powder, ketchup, coriander leaves and cook until everything is well mixed.
  • Now add the chapatti strips and mix well.
  • Remove from fire, garnish with spring onions and serve.
