Ingredients

  • 1 packet pizza base mix
  • One and a half cup - Chicken breast (cut in small cubes)
  • 1 cup - mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 3 tbsp - Tomato puree
  • 1.5 cup - finely chopped Capsicum
  • 2 tsp - tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • How to Make Tandoori Chicken Pizza:

    1. Marinate chicken in tandoori masala and lemon juice for an hour.
    2. Knead pizza base mix as instructed on the pack.
    3. Heat one tbsp of olive oil.
    4. Add tomato puree and capsicum pieces. Cook for a couple of minutes.
    5. Roll the dough into a round pizza as per your pan size.
    6. Spread tomato puree and capsicum on the rolled pizza.
    7. Place chicken cubes on the tomato puree.
    8. Cover it with grated cheese.
    9. Keep it in a pre-heated oven at 180 Degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
    10. Cut it in 6-8 pieces.
    11. Serve hot.
