Ingredients

  • 6 fish steaks
  • 3 tbsp - tandoori powder
  • 1 small carton plain Yoghurt (150 gms.)
  • 3 tsp - crushed Garlic
  • 3 tsp - grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • How to Make Tandoori fish:

    1. Marinate the fish for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, in a mixture made of the above ingredients.
    2. Cook in a pre-heated oven (190 dig C) for 40 mins. until done.
