Ingredients

  • 1 kg - white fish fillets, (cut into pieces)
  • 1/3 cup - Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - ginger(chopped)
  • 4 nos - Garlic pods
  • 1 tbsp - coriander seeds(ground)
  • 1 tbsp - cumin seeds(jeerakam) (ground)
  • 1 tbsp - cayenne pepper(ground)
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • salt as require

How to Make Tandoori Fish with Vinegar

  • Make a paste of vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper and oil in a blender.
  • Marinate the fish pieces in the paste for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Turn the oven to broil at the highest point.
  • Place fish pieces on a baking tray and broil for 10 mins.
  • Turn over on the other side and broil for about 7 mins again.
