Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp - Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - Smoked chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp - Kashmiri mirch (as a colouring agent)
  • 2 tsp - Kasoori Methi
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder

How to Make Tandoori Masala

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind well to make a fine powder.
  • Store in air-tight container.
