  • 500 gms - paneer, cut into fingers
  • 1.5 tbsp - tandoori masala powder
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2-3/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1/4 cup - raw green mango, cut into strips or Amchoor powder to taste
  • 1 medium size onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2&1/2 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1/2 tbsp - chopped Ginger

How to Make Tandoori paneer chaat

  • Make a thin paste of tandoori masala powder and vinegar.
  • Marinate the paneer in this mixture for 20 mins.
  • Grill the paneer cubes on an electric grill. Keep aside.
  • For the chaat:
  • Mix lemon juice with salt, red chilli powder and oil. Keep aside.
  • In a bowl, mix onions, mango powder, green chillies, green coriander, chaat masala and the lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Now add in the paneer cubes and mix well.
  • Remove to a serving dish and serve immediately garnished with chopped ginger.
