How to Make Tandoori Paneer Tikka

  • Cut paneer into 1/2 inch thick cubes.
  • Cut other vegetables into cubes as well.
  • Mix all ingredients for marination and keep it aside.
  • Add the remaining marinade to the vegetables.
  • Apply marinade on the paneer and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry the marinated paneer until it becomes crisp.
  • Fry other vegetables.
  • In a plate, arrange fried vegetables and then the paneer.
  • Garnish it with coriander and lemon slices.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
