Ingredients

  • 150 g - macaroni
  • 1 tsp - garlic chopped very finely
  • 2 - tomatoes chopped very finely
  • 2 - capsicum chopped well
  • 2 - tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp - tomato ketchup
  • 8-10 pieces - pudina chopped
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cup - Tabasco sauce

How to Make Tango macaroni salad

  • Boil macaroni. Take 2 tbsp mayonnaise in a bowl. Add tomato ketchup. Mix well.
  • Add boiled macaroni, tabasco sauce, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, black pepper, salt to taste and pudina leaves.
  • Mix lightly, but well.
  • Serve in a bowl decorated with tomato and cucumber slices.
