  • 1 packet- maggi veg masala
  • 1 - medium sized Onion (chopped)
  • 1 - medium sized Tomato (sliced)
  • 1 tsp - refined oil
  • 225 ml- water
  • Spices:
  • pinch of Amchoor
  • 1/2 tsp- lal mirch
  • salt to taste

How to Make Tango Maggi

  • Heat oil in a kadai for 1-2 mins. Add chopped onions and saute till they are golden brown. Add the sliced tomatoes. Saute till you have a tomato-onion paste. Add water as per the instruction on the maggi packet (usually it is about 225 ml or 1.5 tea cups). Once the water boils, add the spices - pinch of amchoor, salt according to taste, lal mirch as well as Maggi. Let it cook for 2-3 mins or till the Maggi is done. Finally, add the Maggi masala and dry out the remaining water.
