Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken drumsticks
  • Marinade I:
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • pinch - white pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - vinegar
  • Marinade
  • :
  • 1/2 cup - curds
  • 1/3 cup - cream
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • saffron
  • Oil, for basting
  • For Coating:
  • 1 - large egg
  • 2 tbsp - cashew powder

How to Make Tangri Kebab

  • Make deep cuts on drumsticks and rub with first marinade. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Then mix all the ingredients for second marinade and pour over the drum sticks. Keep aside for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Pick out the drum sticks from the marinade and place on a grilling rack.
  • Place the rack on the middle shelf of the oven. Grill, basting with oil.
  • When cooked, dip in beaten egg mixed with cashew powder and grill again till the coating is set.
