Ingredients

  • 4 - Chicken Drumsticks
  • Marinade I:
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • pinch - white pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Vinegar
  • Marinade
  • :
  • 1/2 cup - curds
  • 1/3 cup - Cream
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • Saffron
  • Oil, for basting
  • For Coating:
  • 1 - large Egg
  • 2 tbsp - cashew powder
  • How to Make Tangri Kebab:

    1. Make deep cuts on drumsticks and rub with first marinade. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
    2. Then mix all the ingredients for second marinade and pour over the drum sticks. Keep aside for 1 to 2 hours.
    3. Pick out the drum sticks from the marinade and place on a grilling rack.
    4. Place the rack on the middle shelf of the oven. Grill, basting with oil.
    5. When cooked, dip in beaten egg mixed with cashew powder and grill again till the coating is set.
