  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp

How to Make Tangy Apple Cinnamon Jam

  • Peel the apples and cut into pieces. Boil it for 3-5 mins till apples turn soft and mash well.
  • Add sugar and lemon juice, boil for 8-10 mins .
  • Add cinnamon powder and mix well.
  • When it cools, transfer to a sterilized jar.
