  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 tbsp - breadcrumbs
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 1 pod - garlic
  • 1 inch - ginger
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 small ball - tamarind
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • 1 tsp - turmeric
  • 6 tbsp - oil |

How to Make Tangy Chicken Delight

  • Marinate the chicken with ground paste made of coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, garam masala, salt, tamarind, green chillies, cumin, turmeric
  • Keep for 2 hours.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Dip the chicken pieces in egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry on a low fire.
