Ingredients

  • 1kg - Chicken
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • A pinch - red food colouring
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • How to Make Tangy Chicken Kebabs:

    1. Wash the chicken and marinate it with the ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, vinegar, and food colouring for 2 to 3 hours.
    2. Heat oil in a pan till smoky.
    3. Dust the chicken pieces with the corn flour and deep fry a few pieces at a time till crispy.
    4. Serve hot with onion rings and chips.
