Ingredients

  • 200g - Chicken, thin strips
  • 4 - Medium, green chillies
  • 4 - Red chillies, dry
  • 4 tbsp - Oil
  • 2 - Onions, minced
  • 2 - Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Aamchur (sour mango powder)
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 50g - Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Garam masala

How to Make Tangy Chilli Chicken Fried

  • Fry all the onions, green chillies, red chillies separately in oil and keep aside.
  • Now take a pan and fry the chicken pieces for 15 minutes, or until tender.
  • Then add the chopped tomatoes, aamchur, and garam masala and continue to fry.
  • Then add the onions and the ginger-garlic paste to it. Mix well.
  • Now garnish with the coriander leaves, and decorate it with the red and green fried chillies.
  • Serve hot.
