How to Make Tangy Chilli Chicken

  • Mix maida, corn flour, egg, pepper and salt into a paste and coat the chicken with it.
  • Deep fry the chicken and keep aside.
  • Heat oil a wok, add sliced onion and saute until pink.
  • Then add the green chillies and stir until soft.
  • Now add all sauces, ajinomoto, salt and capsicum and saute for 1-2 mins.
  • Garnish with spring onion.
  • Serve hot with chapathi.
