Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Onion - 1/4 kg
  • Green chilli - 50 g
  • Capsicum - 2 medium (cubed)
  • Ajinomoto - a pinch (optional)
  • Soya sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - 2 tsp -
  • Egg - 1
  • Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • How to Make Tangy Chilli Chicken:

    1. Mix maida, corn flour, egg, pepper and salt into a paste and coat the chicken with it.
    2. Deep fry the chicken and keep aside.
    3. Heat oil a wok, add sliced onion and saute until pink.
    4. Then add the green chillies and stir until soft.
    5. Now add all sauces, ajinomoto, salt and capsicum and saute for 1-2 mins.
    6. Garnish with spring onion.
    7. Serve hot with chapathi.
