How to Make Tangy Dal Vada

  • Soak the channa dal and urad dal for 8 hours.
  • Drain and grind coarsely in a mixer.
  • Add all the spices, salt and soda bicarb to it, and mix well.
  • Add the mint leaves, onion and green chillies. Mix well.
  • Make round vadas from the mixture and deep fry in hot oil
  • Serve hot with chutney
