Ingredients

  • 1 - small ripe and healthy watermelon, deseeded, cubed
  • 1 - medium pomegranate, deseeded
  • 1 sprig - Mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 - betel leaves, veins removed, finely chopped
  • 1 - lemon, cut into thin rounds, deseeded carefully
  • 2 - strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 - Orange segmented, peeled, deseeded
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 3 to 4 pinches - black salt
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 bottles- sprite or club soda (if Sugar not desired)
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make

  • Put watermelon and pomegranate together.
  • Run with an electric hand blender till fully pureed.
  • Add some water if required.
  • Strain through a fruit juice mesh.
  • Discard residue, chill juice till required.
  • Chop strawberries, oranges into small pieces.
  • Add to juice.
  • Add all other ingredients, except soda.
  • Mix well and chill.
  • Just before serving, add soda and mix.
  • Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
