  • 100 g - fried peanuts.
  • 3 Cloves - garlic.
  • 15g - tamarind.
  • 5 - dry red chillies.
  • salt.
  • coriander leaves, a little.

How to Make Tangy Groundnut Thokku

  • Add 100 ml of water and grind all the ingredients in a mixer/blender.
  • Serve with dosa or idli.
