How to Make Tangy Paneer Jalfrezi

  • Cut the vegetables into thin long slices. Julienne them.
  • Pour 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, onions, capsicums, green chillies and ginger.
  • Then add in the paneer and stir-fry over high heat.
  • Add the masalas, sugar and salt. Fry for some time.
  • Now, add the tomato paste.
  • Once the oil starts coming out, it is cooked.
  • If you wish, add a little water to make sure it cooks fine.
