How to Make Tangy Raw Mango Chutney

  • Skin the mangoes and grate.
  • Heat oil, add mustard seeds.
  • When they splutter, add Mango pieces and turmeric powder, stir well for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Add chilli powder, hing powder, methi powder and salt. Mix.
  • Can be stored for 10 to 15 days.
