Ingredients

  • 2 medium sour mangoes
  • 1 tsp - chilly powder
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seed
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Hing powder
  • 1/4 tsp - roasted Methi powder
  • 3 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Tangy Raw Mango Chutney:

    1. Skin the mangoes and grate.
    2. Heat oil, add mustard seeds.
    3. When they splutter, add Mango pieces and turmeric powder, stir well for 8 to 10 minutes.
    4. Add chilli powder, hing powder, methi powder and salt. Mix.
    5. Can be stored for 10 to 15 days.
