Ingredients

  • 50 g- Red Pumpkin
  • 50 g- Lauki
  • 8-10 leaves - Spinach
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1 small - Potato
  • 1/2 cup - Green peas, shelled
  • 1/2 cup - Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp - Sprouts
  • 2-3 cloves- Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar- 1/4 tsp
  • Croutons - 10-12.
  • How to Make Tangy Vegetable soup:

    1. Melt butter in a pan and saute the garlic and onion until pink.
    2. Add all the vegetables, salt and 2 cups of water and boil it.
    3. Let it simmer for 5-7 mins.
    4. Cook until the vegetables are tender but not over cooked.
    5. Puree in a mixer.
    6. Now add the pepper powder.
    7. Add the croutons and serve hot.
