How to Make Tasty Aloo Capsicum

  • Cut all the vegetable into big pieces.
  • First off, deep fry the aloo and keep it aside.
  • In a kadai, fry the onions, capsicum and tomatoes till they are cooked.
  • Now put the fried aloo, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and mix it well.
  • After 5 minutes, add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, kasuri methi. Mix it well and close the lid for 3 mins.
  • Then put some tomato sauce, chilli sauce, food colour and mix well.
  • Serve hot with rotis or parathas.
